The South Wheel - Gather the Strength and Resources

For when you hear the calling to something deeper more profound in your life and are ready to listen to the still sweet voice within. I will work with you in setting up your personal South Facing Medicine Wheel and offer you a building and nurturing Massage and Healing session.

Before you even come in to the office I set up the hot stones with Essential Oils and your own blend of massage oil. During the session I work with you and your goals for the session to allow what ever healing you need to come through. I make use of all the massage, healing and guidance tools I have to best serve your situation. Sessions typically include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Acupressure, Energy Work (Reiki, Chakra Healing, Shamanic Healing, Crystal Healing, Energetic Repatterning), Guided Imagery, Breath Work, Sound Therapy, Vibrational Therapy, Hot Stones and More. After the massage and healing work I will leave you to have time to reflect, connect with spirit and gather your resolve and commit to your path. When you feel complete I will return and be happy to discuss anything that you would like more understanding on. This is a 3 hour service.

In addition all of the Sacred Experiences, except "Illuminate the Heart," include 2 - 20 minute consultations, one before and one after.

The West Wheel - For when it is time to let go to climb the mountain.

The West is the letting go place. A time in our life when we have to give away all the is holding us back from walking our path. This is a releasing session. During this session I will work with you in setting up your personal West Wheel and offer you a space to let go. During this session I will not: try to figure it out, make small talk, offer advise, or try to fix anything. I will: be a silent witness, hold a sacred space for you, offer some breath work guidance, offer a deeply nourishing and healing oil massage incorporating accupressure points and reflexology, offer time to just be in the space to come to peace. After the massage and healing work I will leave you to have time to reflect, connect with spirit and heal. When you feel complete I will return and be happy to discuss anything that you would like.

Together we create your medicine wheel, a sacred place created by prayer and intention, calling in the ancestors and spirit guides to help you on your journey. Inside this sacred space I will assist you in addressing your goals, questions, and things you'd like to give away. To the beat of shamanic drumming I will offer a nurturing oil massage and incorporate all of the tools that I have learned to best serve you. After the massage and healing work I will leave you to have time to reflect, connect with spirit and heal.
