I adore Terri Trespicio's idea that "Aging well has less to do with what you avoid and more to do with what you embrace." So I fill each of my slow-flow classes with lots of opportunities... to embrace our aliveness and our intentions for well-being to embrace our mobility within comfortable and functional ranges of motion and our strength and balance by maintaining what we have and regaining what we've 'lost' and to embrace the value of mindful posture, breathing and relaxation.

My chair class is designed for those who cannot get down on the floor and is open to anyone, regardless of age and perceived limitations. During class, we do all of the above while sitting in the chair, standing beside and also behind it.

This class is a gentle exploratory class where you can learn how to advocate for, support and heal your body, mind and spirit. This class is available for all people and especially for people who are dealing with chronic illness, in recovery from medical issues or life events, and/or people who just need a safe space to heal the nervous system mind and body.

In this class we practice slowly and mindfully with the understanding that Yoga is not about how it looks on the outside, rather how it feels on the inside. By exploring the breath and honoring the body’s limits through surrender and being present. Finding poses that make the body feel stable and healthy while bringing balance to the mind and soothing the nervous system. Cultivating patience, compassion, self-awareness and self-acceptance.

Stress management classes are open to all people regardless of age or physical ability. Learn what stress really is and how it was intended for our survival. Learn how constant stress or longterm stress can affect the body, mind and spirit and how to reverse the process. Learn tools and techniques that you can employ in your life to help you feel better, improve your mood, help with sleep and just prepare you for a more natural and peace filled life.
