Friday Beginner Flow with Vicky

Beginner Morning Flow is an integrative practice in which breath, body, mind, and heart are united. This Vinyasa style class is a dynamic sequence of postures that coordinates breath with movement to flow from one pose to another. In this beginner level class, participants will be guided in and out of the sequences and experience the benefits of strengthening and stabilizing the body, enhancing flexibility, maintaining the health of the spine and joints, calming the mind, and cultivating ease..



Restorative Therapeutic Yoga



Fridays at 5:30pm


All Levels - No experience Necessary


Relax, Breathe, Repeat.


This is a restorative class to help bring ease in the body and recenter on peace and harmony. Allow yourself to sink into the poses and the props. Let the energy systems of the body to be restored to balance and the nervous system to calm and settle. This class is a perfect way to end the week and start the weekend. Deeply healing and calming to the nervous system, mind and body. Please pre-register for this class. Classes are in person at the studio..



Lunchtime Guided meditation/Yoga Nidra



Fridays and Saturdays at 12:30

Relax, Breath, Repeat.


Join us for a restful break in the middle of the day. This is a guided meditation and Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) - For those who love Savasanna you will love this class. Some of benefits of Yoga Nidra are- mental rest and clarity, physiological reset (the body gets a break and can clear out the stress), aids in digestion, calms the heart rate and overtime lowers blood pressure, improves a persons sense of wellbeing and connection..



Morning Yoga with Chastaneyka



Saturdays at 8am

Join us Saturday mornings and share this wonderful practice. This Traditional Integral Hatha Yoga class is deeply nurturing to the body, mind and spirit. The practice is gentle and all parts are explained and adapted to your needs. Fantastic for overall health of the spine and body, relieves stress, resets the nervous system

"Yoga Church" All Level All Welcome All denominations welcome. A beautiful way to start your day and set the intentions for a lovely week. Come together to nurture that beautiful spark within and fellowship with others - This group can feature: singing/chanting, time for internal reflection, eye movement exercises, sun salutations and variations, balance poses back strengthening and flexibility, forward folding, gentle inversions and counter poses, twists, deep relaxation, breathing practices, meditation and closing chants. All practices can be adapted to chair yoga! Fantastic for overall health of the spine and body, relieves stress, resets the nervous system
