New Year Sound Bath

Be immersed in healing sounds and frequencies in a peaceful environment to help bring about deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. The acoustics at the Bower Center are fantastic and should help create a truly magnificent experience. Please bring whatever you need to rest on the floor or a chair. Chairs are provided
