Scheduling & Cancellation Policies



On Time Policy: On time for classes or service is 5-10 minutes early. The time your service is scheduled for is when your service begins. To receive the full time please be 5-10 minutes early. If you are late you will receive the remaining time left for your service. For all first time clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.


Cancellations: We require a 72 hour notice for any cancellations. Failure to provide ample notice will result in being charged the full rate.


No show: If you should forget (heaven forbid) you will be charged for the missed service in full.



Do I have to be flexible to do classes?



We gear our classes to meet you where you are. You don't need the ability to be a pretzel to join class.



What to I need to come to class?



Just come in comfortable clothes and an open mind.
